Leah (Pruett) Stewart has had her baby

According to Tony Stewart Racing Nitro’s Facebook page, Tony Stewart is a dad. Leah Stewart has had the couple’s first child.

The team has revealed that the baby’s name is Dominic. And Stewart has put “Dad” has his name on the Top Fuel Dragster.

“Tony Stewart lands back at In-N-Out Burger Pomona Dragstrip as a new dad! 💙👶🏼 #TSRnitro | #NHRA | #NHRAFinals | Leah Pruett,” TSR Nitro said in a Facebook post.

The video also featured a video of Stewart’s private jet landing near In-N-Out Burger Pomona Dragstrip. Leah was not with the team at the dragstrip this weekend.

“Meet our new teammate, Dominic James Stewart ☺️💙,” TSR Nitro said in a social media post. “Momma Leah Pruett and baby are doing great. Congratulations LP and Tony Stewart on becoming new parents! Only Tony could pull off qualifying, rushing to Phoenix to make it in time for the delivery, then back to In-N-Out Burger Pomona Dragstrip for race day.

At SEMA, Stewart suggested that the baby could come within the next two weeks. A week later, the baby was born.

Stewart will compete in eliminations today that begin at 11 am PST in Pomona, California. Stewart qualified seventh after Saturday’s session where he had a 3.69; at 333.91 mph.

He will face Billy Torrence in the final eliminations day of the season. The Texan qualified 10th with his 3.712 at 330.96 mph.
