Boise State Broncos running back Ashton Jeanty has declared for the 2025 NFL Draft. He is expected to be a first round pick.
Jeanty was the 2024 Heisman Trophy runner-up. His college football career came to an end on New Year’s Eve in a loss to the Penn State Nittany Lions in the Fiesta Bowl.
“First of all, I want to thank God for all the opportunities he has given me,” Jeanty said in a post by Boise State Football. “I wouldn’t be here without him. I want to thank Boise State and the coaches, who recruited me and gave me a chance to show my greatness. The community is what makes this place special, and the support and love from Bronco Nation is unmatched.
“Last but not least, I want to thank all of my family and friends for their support throughout my college career. I’m excited to announce I am declaring for the 2025 NFL Draft. The opportunity to play in the NFL is a dream of mine, and I’m proud to represent Boise State and all of those who have helped me along the way to the next level. Go Broncos!”
