Eagles beat the Packers 22-10 in the Wild Card Round

The Philadelphia Eagles defeated the Green Bay Packers in the Wild Card round. The Eagles won 22-10 over the Packers on Sunday afternoon at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. 

With the win, the Eagles advance in the playoffs. We do not know who their opponent is yet as the Washington Commanders and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have to play their game, which is the Sunday Night Football game.

The Minnesota Vikings and the Los Angeles Rams have to play their playoff game on Monday Night Football before the next round will become clear.

The Eagles are now 15-3 overall. Philadelphia will host the second round of the playoffs, as they are the No. 2 seed. 

The Packers fell to 11-7 with the loss. 

The Eagles defeated the Packers twice this season. They gave the Packers their first loss of the season in Brazil. Then, they gave the team their final loss of the season.

Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts went 13 of 21 for 131 yards. He had two touchdown passes. 

Saquon Barkley had 25 carries for 119 yards. DeVonta Smith had four receptions for 55 yards. 

Packers quarterback Jordan Love went 20 of 33 for 212 yards. He had three interceptions. 

Josh Jacobs had 18 carries for 81 yards and one touchdown. Jayden Reed had four receptions for 46 yards. 

The Eagles outscored the Packers 12-10 in the second half. Hurts hit Dallas Goedert for a 24-yard touchdown reception. 

Jake Elliott also made two field goals. He first made a 30-yard field goal. Then, he made a 32-yard field goal.

Packers’ Jacobs scored on a one-yard rushing touchdown. Brandon McManus also made a 26-yard field goal.

Philadelphia led 10-0 at halftime. Hurts hit Jahan Dotson for an 11-yard touchdown reception. 

Elliott also made a 31-yard field goal.
