Golfer Rory McIlroy is one of the best golfers in the history of the PGA Tour. According to CNN, he is now the second player to surpass the $100 million mark on the PGA Tour.
He joins Tiger Woods to achieve this mark. He broke the $100 million mark with a fifth-place finish in the Houston Open.

McIlroy was tied for fifth in the event. This earned him $337,843 in the event, which made his career earnings $100,046,906.

Since he debuted on the tour in 2010, McIlroy has won 28 tournaments, including twice in 2025. He most recently won The Players Championship in Florida.
Woods – who is currently sidelined with a torn Achilles tendon – reached the mark in 2012 when he surpassed $100 million. Currently, his career earnings are $120,999,166.
Former PGA Tour golfer Phil Mickelson – who is currently signed to the LIV Golf Tour – is third. Mickelson has $96,685,635.

The story said that Mickelson is one of five players on the PGA Tour Top 25 list, who are no longer affiliated with this tour. They are with the LIV Golf Tour.
