Street Outlaws driver James “Doc” Love announced on Friday night that he will be driving a Screw Blower car called “The Viking” for the upcoming Street Outlaws No Prep Kings 5 season. The new season starts in a matter of weeks.

Love will be working with Pro Mod driver Adam Flamholc on the ride. He said it was the big secret before getting in the car.

“I’m going to race this and campaign this in the 2022 No Prep Kings season,” Love said in the video. “Adam and I have worked out a deal. This car may be mine, who knows? He’s going to help me. I have a good buddy named Kevin McCarty, who is going to help me. I’m coming after the points championship. We’re going to give the 405 some help and help Ryan [Martin] out. We’re going to try to win a couple of them.”

He said that Friday was the first time that he had gotten into the car. Before campaigning “The Viking” this coming season, he had campaigned the Street Beast and Stunt Double on the show.

He previously destroyed the Street Beast during a Street Outlaws taping.

Love said he would not have done this deal if he did not believe that he could win. He said he was doing it to turn his program around.

He has never won any No Prep Kings events. Martin has won the majority of the events since the inception of the show.
