Ryan Martin wanted to earn this win the right away. He didn’t want it handed to him like a previous win earlier this season.

Martin, driving the Fireball Camaro, defeated Kye Kelley in the Shocker in the final round on Saturday night at Summit Motorsports Park in Norwalk, Ohio. With the win, Martin won the $40,000 prize.

This is Martin’s third win in the third season of the Street Outlaws No Prep Kings. In August, he won the event at Route 66 Raceway in Elwood, Illinois when Larry “Axman” Roach had his vehicle break.

This time around, after Kelley had problems going into reverse following a burnout and getting help to get back to the starting line, Martin gave Kelley time to fix his vehicle. After several minutes, Kelley had his car fixed.

Both cars then did another burnout to warm up their tires. In the race, Martin won in a close race for the win.

Martin also won the first race of the season. Due to inclement weather, the final round was postponed from Maryland International Raceway in Maryland and moved to the Friday night of the New England Dragway event in Epping, New Hampshire.

In addition, with his third win, he is now tied with Lizzy Musi with the most wins in season three of the show. Justin “Big Chief” Shearer also has the other win, as he won the event at Bandimere Speedway in Morrison, Colorado.

With this race now concluded, there are just two races left in the season. Both events will be in October.

The new season of Street Outlaws No Prep Kings will debut on the Discovery Channel on Oct. 7th at 9 pm EST.
