The Washington Wizards will be without their best player Bradley Beal. According to the team, he is listed as day-to-day with a bruised right thigh.

At this time, it is not clear how many games Beal will be sidelined. Or if he can play through the injury, as other players do.

With Beal sidelined, the team will have to rely on Corey Kispert, Will Barton, or Jordan Goodwin to start in his place. He is not expected to play in tonight’s game against the Miami Heat.

According to Healthline, Beal could be dealing with this injury for a few days or a few weeks. This injury typically heals on its own.

Beal last played on November 20th against the Charlotte Hornets. He had 26 points in the win over 40 minutes and 33 seconds.

Beal played in three games after missing an extended period of time. He missed five games from November 6th through November 13th.

With Beal, the Wizards went 4-1. Their only loss came on November 6th to the Memphis Grizzlies.

He returned to the lineup on November 16th against the Oklahoma City Thunder. He had 25 points in his return.

He missed the 10 days due to the NBA’s health and safety protocols. This means that Beal tested positive for COVID-19.
