Many thought that Aaron Hernandez‘s fiancee would turn on her lover this morning when she testified at her trial. However, she said that he told her that he didn’t kill Odin Lloyd.
Shayanna Jenkins, who was planning to marry Hernandez, is accused of helping him hide evidence following Lloyd’s murder. Jenkins, who was testifying in front of a judge with no jurors, said she asked him if he killed Lloyd.
She said once he said he didn’t and that was the end of her conversation, according to her testimony today.

“When Aaron got back from the police station when I found out that Odin was murdered, I asked him if he did it and he said no,” Jenkins said. “That was the extent of the conversation.”
Hernandez, who is facing life in jail with Lloyd’s murder, texted Jenkins ‘Go in back of the screen in movie room when u get home and there is the box.’ The prosecutors believe that he was referring to the gun that was used; however, it has never been found.
Jenkins has said that she threw that box in question into a dumpster. After that, nobody knows what happened to it.

Before being arrested as the person of interest in Lloyd’s death, Hernandez was a member of the New England Patriots in the NFL. He spent three seasons with the team from 2010 through 2012.
He was in the off-season for his fourth season when he was arrested by the authorities in Massachusetts concerning the shooting death of the former semi-pro football player.
