Colorado State men’s basketball head coach Larry Eustachy has been placed on administrative leave on Saturday. The Rams will have an interim coach, possibly for the rest of the season.
Eustachy was placed on leave due to “being investigated for conduct.” If is not clear what he may have done.
This will be the latest coach, who has been let go due to conduct. After an investigation, the Arizona Wildcats fired former head football coach Rich Rodriguez for his conduct regarding the program.
He reportedly had a woman hide an affair — and she also alleges that he was tough to work for.
Eustachy was placed on leave as they investigate the claims against him. This is also another step that the school intends to fire him.
He was 121-74 in six seasons as the Rams Head Coach. Eustachy also previously was the Southern Miss. Golden Eagles Head Coach, Iowa State Cyclones Head Coach, Utah State Aggies Head Coach and Idaho Vandals Head Coach.
He went 523-332 as a Head Coach. However, if this is the end for him, the Rams lost five straight games and have not won s game since January 13th when they defeated the Wyoming Cowboys 78-73.
