2019 Legends vs. Hotshots Week 4 preview

The Arizona Hotshots will attempt to become the first team in the Western Conference to win three games. The Hotshots host the Atlanta Legends on Sunday night at Sun Devil Stadium in Tempe, Arizona.

The Legends are the lone winless team in the Alliance of American Football. Atlanta has an 0-3 mark.

The Memphis Express were tied with the Legends as the only two AAF teams without a win. However, on Saturday afternoon, the Express defeated the San Diego Fleet to win their first game.

The Hotshots bring a 2-1 game into the contest. They led the Western Conference with the 2-1 record.

Legends quarterback Matt Simms is presently third in the league in passing, as he has gone 60 of 101 for 614 yards. He has two touchdowns and six interceptions.

Lawrence Pittman has 16 carries for 72 yards. He is presently 16th in the league in rushing.

Seantavius Jones is 11th in the league in receiving yards. He has 10 receptions for 138 yards.

Hotshots quarterback John Wolford is fourth in the league, as he has gone 46 of 73 for 595 yards. He has seven touchdowns and three interceptions.

Jhurell Pressley is seventh in the league in rushing. He has 40 carries for 156 yards.

Rashad Ross is second in the league in receiving yards. He has 15 receptions for 221 yards and four touchdowns.

Ross is the only receiver with more than two touchdowns. Orlando Apollos receiver Jalin Marshall and Fleet wide receiver Nelson Spruce have two touchdowns each.
