Wrestling icon Ric Flair (birth name Richard Fliehr) has announced that he has separated from his fifth wife Wendy Barlow. They had been married on September 12th, 2018 in Florida.

At this time, it is not clear what led to their separation. Or how long they may have been separated.

“After taking some time apart, Wendy and I have decided to go our separate ways,” a post on Ric Flair’s Facebook page said. “Please respect our privacy and our families during this time. I will love and cherish all of our memories together forever. And I will forever be thankful for all she has done to make my life better!”

With Flair going through this divorce process, he may not take part in any wrestling episodes in the future for some time.

Barlow previously was involved in the wrestling industry. She was once known as “Fifi” The French Maid from World Championship Wrestling (WCW) when Flair was feuding with Rick Rude.

The couple were previously engaged in 2016. They had been dating since 2013, according to reports.
