Strongman Hafthor Björnsson shut up another strongman on Saturday at the Dubai Duty Free Tennis Stadium in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Björnsson won the six-round bout in one of the largest heavyweight fights ever.

The Mountain knocked Eddie “The Beast” Hall down with a punch, as well.

The two massive men have been talking trash for years on social media. Even the press conference before the bout was canceled when The Mountain was frustrated with Hall because he claimed that the Brit was talking about his mother.

“All the hard work and sacrifices paid off,” Björnsson said in a Facebook post. “I want to thank my coach and sparring partners, all my family, friends, and fans for continuing to support me on this journey. Now I’m off to sleep for a few hours before my son wakes up for the day.”

Björnsson and Hall were initially scheduled to compete in Las Vegas. However, due to the coronavirus pandemic, the fight had to be pushed back.

“Just want to thank everyone for the love and support tonight,” Hall said in a Facebook post. “It was fun to box literally one of the biggest men on the planet. No excuses at all from me just tonight the better man won. Well done to Thor and hope everyone’s staying safe.”
