He will be able to make some appearances. But he said that some appearances will have to be moved or canceled altogether.

Despite the bad news, he believes that he can beat it after doctors advised him that they are optimistic that they found it in its early stages.

In October 2021, he was diagnosed with prostate cancer. When he announced via Instagram, it was discovered that he had been living with it for several months before revealing the news.

Days before the announcement, Duggan was in the hospital for emergency surgery. It was not known what kind of operation he had.

However, his wife posted a social media message.

“Back where we don’t want to be,” she said. “Please pray for Jim and his doctors as he has emergency surgery this morning. Thank you, Debra.”

According to cancer.org, prostate cancer is the second-most common cancer among men. It is behind skin cancer. It can be treated successfully if caught early.
