According to TMZ Sports, a young woman has been fired as a high school basketball coach. She had passed herself off as a 13-year-old JV player earlier this month.

Churchland High School Truckers assistant coach Arlisha Boykins impersonated one of her players, the report said. This happened during a club basketball tournament on Saturday, January 21st.

WAVY10 has obtained footage of the competition. In the video, it shows that Boykins drove to the basket for a layup.

Plus, she also got a block in the game. And made some free throws.

Since the news came out, Boykins has lost her job. Also, the team has decided not to play for the rest of the season.

The school is also investigating the incident. The girl’s father is also reportedly “shocked” over the incident.

“Coaches always preach to the kids about integrity and those types of things, so I was just shocked,” the father of the 13-year-old said.
