According to TMZ, former professional skateboarder Bam Margera allegedly treated a man that he was going to kill him with brass knuckles. Daniel Cardenas, 28, has made the claim that Margera “burst into his home in the middle of the night” in March.

Margera allegedly got into the 28-year-old’s face at the time and made a death threat. Cardenas said to TMZ that the Pennsylvania-born celebrity allegedly said, “You have 12 hours to leave the house or I will kill you with my brass knuckles.”

Cardenas is not the only person, who heard the claim. He said that his roommate also heard the claim. The roommate also allegedly came into the room and “forced Bam to leave.”
A short time later, Margera returned, which Cardenas was more like 90 minutes later, “slammed his door open.” Margera allegedly said, “You have 12 seconds to leave.”

The incident happened in Oceanside, California. TMZ is reporting that Margera’s girlfriend Jessica and her 8-year-old daughter also live at the residence in question.

Margera was arrested for a domestic violence matter involving Jessica in March. Jessica and her daughter have reportedly been staying with Cardenas and the friend since Margera’s arrest.

In the court-ordered protection, Cardenas claimed “All I can figure is Jessica told Bam about the loud sex, which her daughter overheard and this is why he got so upset, although it, of course, gives him no right to attack me, threaten my life, or kick me out of a home he has no rights to.”

Margera now has a restraining order against him. This temporary restraining order means that the celebrity will have to stay 100 yards away from Cardenas and the home or be arrested.
