KOIN TV has reported that Haynes II was not cooperative with the authorities. He eventually came out of the house after a two-hour standoff.

Due to his age, 70, if convicted of murder or a serious charge, he could be spending the rest of his life in jail.
The justice system is a lengthy one and Haynes may not go to trial for this crime for at least a year or longer.

Haynes was trained by Stu Hart, the legendary wrestling trainer. He was also trained by Bruce & Keith Hart.

He had competed in professional wrestling from 1982 through 1995. Haynes was a singles and tag team wrestler. He also served as a wrestling promoter.
