Pride beat the Blue Hens WLax team 19-11 in Delaware

The Hofstra Pride defeated the Delaware Blue Hens on Saturday. The Pride won 19-11 over the Blue Hens at Delaware Stadium in Newark, Delaware.

Both teams are 9-5 overall. However, Hofstra improved to 6-0 in the CAA play. Delaware fell to 2-4 in CAA play.

The visiting Pride scored seven points in the second half. During this same time, the Blue Hens scored just four times.

Hofstra led 12-7 at halftime.

The Pride was led by Kerry Walser and Nikki Mennella. Both players scored four goals each.

Then, Lauren Coletti, Kristen Redding, and Melissa Sconone had three goals each. Taylor Mennella scored twice.

The Blue Hens were led by Lizzie Hsu, who scored three goals. Riley Gillin added two additional goals.

Following Gillin, Keira Grant, Jaclyn Marszal, Callie Drab, Morgan Gore, Danielle Livornese, and Delaney McDaniel scored one goal each.
