NASCAR Cup Series regular Erik Jones won the Super Late Model Motor Mountain Masters 150 on Thursday night. He took home the $10,000 prize at Jennerstown Speedway Complex in Jennerstown, Pennsylvania.

One may think that Jennerstown may be close to Pocono Raceway. However, according to Google Maps, it’s nearly four hours away.

This track is closer to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania than to Long Pond, Pennsylvania.

Jones and his NASCAR buddies will be at Pocono Raceway this weekend.

“Made our way to Victory Lane! A big thank you to Jennerstown Speedway Complex LLC for having us out,” Jones said in a Facebook post. “Thank you to VAST Racing Products, E14 Cattle Co., Chase Plastic Services, Inc., and Coopersville Fleet Repair for riding along with us.

“Most of all, thank you to the fans who came to support. We couldn’t do this without you.”

Jones also took home a red jacket with the win. He also received a giant trophy, too.

He will try to take this momentum into his NASCAR ride. This season, he has just one Top 10 finish.

Jones drove the AdventHealth sponsorship to an 8th-place finish at the season-opening event at the Daytona 500. That was back in February at the Daytona International Speedway in Daytona Beach, Florida.

In his last race — last weekend during the July 4th Holiday weekend — he drove the AdventHealth entry to the 29th position at the Chicago Street Race.
