College Football Playoff National Championship 

The College Football Playoff National Championship is the final Bowl game of the FBS season. This game is used to determine the national champion. 

The College Football Playoff at the FBS level was established with the 2014 season. This game serves as the final game in the bracket-style tournament that features the top four teams in the country.

A selection committee is used to determine the Top 4 teams to play in the College Football Playoff. The CFP replaced the Bowl Championship Series and its similar BCS National Championship Game. 

This game is hosted at a neutral site determined by bids. The winner of this game receives the College Football Playoff National Championship Trophy.
