The No. 12 Arizona Wildcats defeated their arch-rivals, No. 13 Arizona State Sun Devils on Friday afternoon. The Wildcats won 42-35 over the Sun Devils at Arizona Stadium in Tucson, Arizona.
With the win, the Wildcats are the winner of the Territorial Cup.

This is the Wildcats’ third win over a ranked team this season. They also defeated No. 2 Oregon Ducks on October 2nd at Autzen Stadium in Eugene, Oregon.

They also defeated No. 17 Utah Utes last week. They won 42-10 over the Utes at Rice-Eccles Stadium in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Arizona has clinched the Pac-12 South Championship. They will face the Ducks in the Pac-12 Championship Game next Friday at Levi Stadium in Santa Clara, California.
Wildcats quarterback Anu Solomon went 15 of 21 for 208 yards. He had two touchdown passes.
Nick Wilson led the backs with 24 carries for 178 yards and three touchdowns. Samajie Grant had four receptions for 91 yards and two touchdowns.
Sun Devils quarterback Taylor Kelly went 13 of 22 for 144 yards. He also had two touchdown passes.
Demario Richard led the backs with 13 carries for 68 yards. Jaelen Strong had four receptions for 80 yards and a touchdown.
The Wildcats outscored the Sun Devils 21-14 in the second half. Wilson scored on a one-yard rushing touchdown. Wilson also scored on a 72-yard rushing touchdown.
Solomon hit Grant for a 20-yard touchdown reception.
Sun Devils’ Mike Bercovici hit De’Marieya Nelson for a nine-yard touchdown reception. Bercovici also hit Kody Kohl for a two-yard touchdown reception.
The game was tied at 21 at halftime. Wildcats’ Anthony Lopez recovered a fumble and returned it for a 25-yard fumble return for a touchdown.
Solomon hit Grant for a 69-yard touchdown reception. Wilson also scored on a 21-yard rushing touchdown.

Sun Devils’ Demetrius Cherry scored on a two-yard fumble return for a touchdown. Kelly hit Strong for a three-yard touchdown reception.
Kelly also hit Richard for a seven-yard touchdown reception.
