“If y’all would please say a prayer for Paul Tribble the track owner up here at Harrisburg (Arkansas),” Billy Tedder said in a Facebook post. “He was hit by a car that came off the track and they just canceled the races so I don’t how severe it was, but we know it was pretty bad!!! Please God watch over our friend!!!”

According to a Facebook post, Old No. 1 Speedway held racing that featured factory stocks, pure stocks, youth mini stocks, street stocks, modifieds, and cruisers. At this time, it is not clear what kind of car was involved in the freak accident.

The Facebook post said that racing began at 7 pm local time.

“Please pray for Paul Tribble from Old #1 Speedway,” Poplar Bluff Motorsports Park said in a Facebook post. “Accident at speedway and he has been airlifted out. Needed all the prayers in full strength!”
