PHILADELPHIA — The first two games had clear-cut winners. However, the third match did not.
In the final match of the Premier League Summer Series at Lincoln Financial Field on Sunday night, Aston Villa F.C. and Newcastle United F.C. played to a draw. The team’s played to a 3-3 draw.

The announced attendance was over 105,000 for the two-day event.
This was the first draw in Premier League Summer Series history. This inaugural event weekend took place in the City of Brotherly Love.
The eight-day tournament will take place along the East Coast. Additional stops include Atlanta, Georgia; Orlando, Florida, Harrison, New Jersey, and Landover, Maryland.
These are pre-season friendlies. However, there is expected to be a winner and runner-up in the tournament.
Each team scored in the second half. Ashton Villa’s Emiliano Buendia scored to give his team a 3-2 lead.
Callum Wilson tied the game at 3-3 for Newcastle United. After his score, the teams couldn’t score again.
The teams were tied 2-2 at halftime. Ashton Villa raced out to a 2-0 lead.
Then, Newcastle United with back-to-back goals.
Ollie Watkins scored Ashton Villa’s opening goal. Buendia scored their second goal, which was his first of two goals on the night.
Elliot Anderson put Newcastle United on the board, cutting the lead to 2-1. Alexander Isak tied the game at 2-2.
