Top 6 remains unchanged in second 2023 CFP Top 25

The second week of the 2023 College Football Playoff Top 25 has remained unchanged in the Top 6. For the second consecutive week, the Ohio State Buckeyes are the top team.

The Buckeyes (9-0) looked like they were going to be defeated by the Rutgers Scarlet Knights in the first half on Saturday. Then, the team came alive to win the contest with a big second half.

Ohio State plays the Michigan State Spartans on Saturday. The contest will be at 7:30 pm at Ohio Stadium in Columbus, Ohio.

The Georgia Bulldogs (9-0) are the No. 2 team. The Bulldogs, who are the back-to-back defending national champion, have a major clash on Saturday.

They will face the No. 10 Ole Miss Rebels at 7 pm. The game will be played at Sanford Stadium in Athens, Georgia.

The No. 3 team is the Michigan Wolverines. The Wolverines, who continue to be involved in a sign-stealing scheme, are on the road.

Michigan (9-0) will face No. 11 Penn State Nittany Lions on Saturday. The game will be played at noon at Beaver Stadium at University Park, Pennsylvania.

The Florida State Seminoles are the No. 4 ranked team. The Seminoles are 9-0 on the season.

Florida State has an in-state rivalry game. They host the Miami (Florida) Hurricanes at Doak Campbell Stadium in Tallahassee, Florida.

The Washington Huskies are the No. 5 ranked team despite a big win over the then-ranked Southern California Trojans on Saturday night. The Huskies are 9-0.

The Huskies play the No. 18 Utah Utes on Saturday. They play at 3:30 pm at Alaska Airlines Field at Husky Stadium in Seattle, Washington.

The Oregon Ducks are No. 6. They are the only team in the Top 6 with a loss, as they are 8-1.

The Ducks face the Trojans on Saturday night. The game will be played at 10:30 pm at Autzen Stadium in Eugene, Oregon.
