According to TMZ, former MMA fighter Sean “The Destroyer” Loeffler has been charged with sexual abuse in Lincoln County, Oregon. He is also facing additional charges.
This latest incident comes a year, TMZ said, after he had pleaded guilty to domestic violence charges. He had previously been given a two-year prison sentence.

TMZ obtained documents that indicate Loeffler was charged with sexual abuse in the first and second degree in the Lincoln County Circuit Court. He is also facing two counts of unlawful sexual penetration in the first degree.

According to the court documents, the alleged female victim “was incapable of consent by reason of mental incapacitation or physical helplessness.” He also allegedly touched her vaginal area and performed oral sex on her.
The unlawful sexual penetration charges, according to the story, stem from him allegedly “penetrating her with an object.”
The incident allegedly happened at the Chinook Winds Casino. It allegedly took place on February 7th.
TMZ reported that the woman in question deleted a social media post where she said that the sexual interactions were consensual. The report says that when she wanted him to stop, she felt “pressured” to continue.
She allegedly feared for her safety and that’s when he allegedly got angry.
He was sentenced for a domestic violence charge in May 2024. Loeffler was released from Pleasant Valley State Prison in November, according to the post. However, the story said that he has been on parole since his release.
The 42-year-old was 34-5 in his MMA career. He had 16 knockouts, 17 submissions, and one decision win.
He had three knockout losses. Loeffler also had one submission loss and one decision loss.

Loeffler last fought on March 7th, 2020, when he knocked out Jon Nelson by TKO (Punches) in the first round of their match at Gladiator Challenge – Best in the West Card.
He had one opportunity in the big leagues of MMA fighting. He was defeated by Bryan Baker in Bellator Fighting Championships 16 by TKO (Punches) in the first round on April 29th, 2010.
