NASCAR Cup Series regular Kyle Busch has entered his name into the 2025 Chili Bowl Nationals event in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This will be Busch’s debut in the event.

Busch and his son Brexton were talking about it in his announcement video. He will be sponsored by Lucas Oil and Flo Racing for the event.

“I’m not scared, @brextonbusch. 🌶️👀,” Busch’s social media team posted on his official account. “@FloRacing x @Lucas_Oil”

He will begin practice for the event on Sunday, January 12th. The two-time NASCAR Cup Series champion will compete in the qualifying nights to move towards Saturday A-Main on Driller Day on January 18th.

In the last decade, the Golden Driller has went home to a driver with NASCAR ties. This is the biggest Sprint Car Midget race of the year.

Everyone is trying to stop Logan Seavey’s dominance. He has won the last two Chili Bowl Nationals.

Former NASCAR Truck Series driver Tanner Thorson won in 2022. Seavey has also competed in the ARCA Menards Series and the NASCAR Truck Series.

Former NASCAR Cup Series champion Kyle Larson won back to back years in 2020 and 2021. Before Larson, NASCAR Cup Series regular Christopher Bell won three consecutive events in 2017, 2018, and 2019.

Former NASCAR Truck Series driver Rico Abreu also won back to back events in 2015 and 2016. Former NASCAR Xfinity Series driver Bryan Clausen, who has since passed away, won in 2014.
