Ken Dorsey is the offensive coordinator for the Buffalo Bills. He was previously the team’s quarterbacks coach.
He became the offensive coordinator when former offensive coordinator Brian Daboll became the New York Giants head coach. Dorsey’s former role was filled by Joe Brady.
Before being hired by the Bills, he was briefly hired by the Appalachian State Mountaineers’ offensive coordinator. He was in the role for approximately two months before being hired by the Bills.
He also served as the Carolina Panthers quarterbacks coach.

In off-the-field roles, he was the Panthers’ pro scout. He also served as the Florida International University Assistant Athletic Director.
