The Tampa Bay Buccaneers lost three significant players on Sunday Night Football. All three were lost against the New Orleans Saints.
We have learned the fate of wide receiver Chris Godwin. He will miss the rest of the regular season.

No update has been provided at this time on fellow wide receiver Mike Evans. Leonard Fournette also left the game and no update has been provided on his condition either.
He suffered a sprained MCL injury on a hit in the game. He may be placed on injured reserve.
While this is a tough blow, it may not hurt them too much over the rest of the season. The Buccaneers have two games against the woeful Carolina Panthers.
Tampa Bay also has a game against the New York Jets sandwiched in between the two games with the Panthers.
He is expected to be back for their playoff run. Depending on how these final three weeks play out, the Buccaneers may have to play beginning with Wild Card weekend.
Godwin had six receptions for 49 yards before suffering the injury.
This season, he has had 98 receptions for 1,103 yards. He has also had five touchdown receptions.
If he comes back at full strength with Evans and Antonio Brown and Fournette in the backfield, the Buccaneers are going to be tough to beat in their attempt to win back-to-back Super Bowl Championships.
