Free-agent running back Tarik Cohen had a setback recently. He was injured during a live-streaming workout.

He was live-streaming on Instagram on Tuesday. Due to the injury video spreading on the Internet, he wrote, “Deleting this, text me” in a IG story.

At this time, it’s not clear the extent of his injury. It appears that you can hear a pop before he went down.

He is trying to sign on with another team. But this injury could sideline him for some time before he’s able to sign another deal.

Cohen played his entire career with the Chicago Bears before being released in March. He was a fourth-round draft pick by the team in the 2017 NFL Draft.

He dealt with a significant injury the past few seasons. Cohen missed the entire 2021 season after tearing his ACL in Week 3 of the 2020 season against the Atlanta Falcons.

Outside of the torn ACL, he also suffered a torn MCL and tibial plateau fracture. The tibial plateau fracture is when you fracture the upper part of your tibia near your knee joint.

He has appeared in 51 games with 22 starts. Cohen has had 264 carries for 1,101 yards and five touchdowns.
