More troubling information has come out against Mario Edgardo Garcia-Aquino. According to TMZ, the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office is alleging that Garcia-Aquino killed Oscar Omar Hernandez, the 13-year-old boy, when he was allegedly engaged in the “performance of a lewd and lascivious act.”
The prosectors said that the youth soccer coach was sexually assaulting the boy when he was killed. Hernandez — after being reported missing for several days — was found dead in Oxnard, California.

The teenager’s family said that the coach was the last known person to be with Hernandez.

Aquino was charged with murder in Hernandez’s death on Monday. Before Hernandez’s murder charge, Aquino was arrested for an unrelated sexual assault charge.
This victim is only known as Julian A. According to TMZ, Aquino is facing two charges in this case, which is a lewd act upon a child age 14 or 15 and the second charge of assault with intent to commit a felony.
This previous charge stems from an incident that happened in December 2022. LA County District Attorney Nathan Hochman is seeking the death penalty against Aquino or life in prison without parole for the death of Hernandez.

With Aquino off the streets, he is unlikely to harm other young people. He is where he needs to be behind bars for an extended period.
Hopefully, the justice system will put this man behind bars for the rest of his life. Aquino showed that he could not stop himself with the charges against him — including the murder charge — for sexually assaulting young kids. He needs to have the key thrown away on him, as he is one sick individual.
