By Anthony Caruso III | Publisher The New Orleans Hornets have only seen their prized off-season acquisition play in one game. Eric Gorden, who was the top player acquired in the Chris Paul trade, played in the season opener. He missed Wednesday night’s game, and is out for Friday’s game against the Phoenix Suns. Gordon has been dealing with a swollen knee. Marco Belinelli is expected to start at the shooting guard position on Friday. In his lone game, he scored 20 points with 4 rebounds and 3 assists in 39 minutes.
