Texans star Watt is engaged

A lot of women, who are fans of Houston Texans defensive end J.J. Watt will be disappointed in this news. Watt got engaged recently.

While he posted the pictures on social media on Sunday, it’s not clear if he got engaged today. He is now engaged to soccer player Kealia Ohai.

Ohai is a player for the Houston Dash in the National Women’s Soccer League.

“I’m the luckiest man in the world #SheSaidYes,” Watt said with photos of the engagement.

The two have been dating for the past three seasons. They were set up by Watt’s former teammate Brian Cushing, who is married to Ohai’s older sister Megan.

The 27-year-old Draper, Utah native has played for the Dash since the 2014 season. Ohai played collegiate soccer with the North Carolina Tar Heels from 2010 through 2013.

She has made five appearances and five starts this season. She has scored one goal in 392 minutes.

The 30-year-old Waukesha, Wisconsin native was the 11th overall pick in the 2011 NFL Draft. He has spent his entire career with the Texans.

Watt is a five-time Pro Bowl selection. In addition, he is also a five-time All-Pro.

He was also named the 2017 Walter Payton Man of the Year, as well as the Sports Illustrated Sportsman of the Year. Watt started a Hurricane Relief program that raised money after Houston, Texas was devastated by a Hurricane.

Watt — who is nearing a 100 career sacks — led the league in sacks in 2012 and 2015. He also was named the NFL Defensive Player of the Year three times.
