By Anthony Caruso III | Publisher  The New Orleans Saints have confirmed that they will be without running back Reggie Bush this weekend. He will not play when the Saints play against the Chicago Bears at Soldier Field.  Bush missed practice on Friday. He was then declared out by the team on Saturday.  The running back has been battling an injury since November 25th against the Carolina Panthers. He was initially diagnosed with a torn left knee ligament.  He has been sidelined since December 6th when the torn ligament was confirmed. An MRI confirmed the injury.  Bush, the former Heisman Trophy winner, has had 157 carries for 581 yards with four touchdowns. He also has 73 receptions for 417 yards and two touchdowns.  At this time, the Saints remain in the playoff picture. However, the odds of them making the postseason are slim at best at this point in the season.  Without Bush, the team is expected to use Chris Barclay, Aaron Stecker, and Pierre Thomas to fill the void. Fullback Mike Karney may even receive some carries.  Chris Barclay recently signed with the Saints.  Despite suffering the Injury against the Panthers, he played one more game with the injury. In what may be his final game of his season, Bush had 13 carries for 64 yards against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in a 27-23 loss.  He also had three receptions for 13 yards.
