Paige Coughlin wins 2nd Chance Bracket; defeats B-Rad in final

Young Street Outlaws No Prep Kings driver Paige Coughlin picked up her first win of Season 7 on Saturday. She won the 2nd Chance Bracket by defeating Brad “B-Rad” Eglian at Beech Bend Raceway Park in Bowling Green, Kentucky.

With the win, she received $5,000. According to Stat Guy, Coughlin is now 11-10 on the season in terms of round-record. Eglian fell to 1-4 overall.

The Florida native raced to her second 2nd Chance Bracket final round this season. In her first final round, she was defeated by Scott Taylor at Virginia Motorsports Park in North Dinwiddie, Virginia.

Eglian appeared in his first final round of the season. In just his second weekend back, he was in the final round.

Last weekend at National Trail Raceway in Hebron, Ohio, Eglian returned to the series. He had been sidelined after crashing at the Texas Motorplex last November.

A variety of drivers have won the 2nd Chance bracket this season. Scott Taylor is the only multi-time winner.

Taylor also defeated his close friend Bobby Ducote at Empire Dragway in Leicester, New York.

Last weekend, Ryan Martin defeated “Birdman” Finney at National Trail Raceway. Shawn “Murder Nova” Ellington defeated Jerry Bird at the inaugural Street Outlaws No Prep Kings race at Flying H Drag Strip.

Jeff Lutz picked up his lone 2nd Chance bracket win when he defeated Lizzy Musi at New England Dragway & Motorsports Park in Epping, New Hampshire. Alex Laughlin won the first 2nd Chance bracket over Taylor at Maple Grove Raceway in Mohnton, Pennsylvania.
