Milwaukee Bucks superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo may be moved this off-season. He is reportedly going to explore the option of leaving the team this summer.

“The Greek Freak” has played in a small part for the last 12 seasons. However, this has apparently run its course.

He was part of the Bucks, who won the 2021 NBA Finals over the Phoenix Suns.

Some early speculation is that the Brooklyn Nets, Golden State Warriors, New York Knicks may be interested. The Houston Rockets may be in the mix too with their young talent.

It’ll be interesting to see what happens with him. If the Bucks trade him, then they may open business on moving Damian Lillard, as he got moved to Milwaukee since he did not want to be a part of a rebuild with the Portland Trail Blazers.

Lillard is dealing with an Achilles tendon injury that may cause him to be sidelined for the entire season. He had a one-and-one deal that kicks in this summer that means he has one year left on his deal with an option.

The 30-year-old helped guide the Bucks to a 48-34 record this season. However, the team was defeated in the first round in five games against the Indiana Pacers.

The Pacers won the first two games in the series. The Bucks then won Game 3 of the series.

Indiana won the final two games in the series.

The Bucks have been knocked out of the playoffs in the first round for the last three seasons. They last advanced outside of the first round during the 2021-22 season when they went to the Eastern Conference semifinals, losing in Game 7 to the Boston Celtics.
