NASCAR Truck Series driver Hailie Deegan has announced that she is engaged on Friday. She shared the picture on her social media account.
Deegan is engaged to former NASCAR Truck Series driver Chase Cabre. The couple have been dating for several years.
“I love you @chase_cabre ❤️,” the Facebook caption said.
The 22-year-old Deegan, who is the daughter of former motocross and X Games competitor Brian Deegan, is in her fourth season competing in the NASCAR Cup Series. She has made 68 career starts in the series.
She has yet to win a race in the Truck Series. Yet, she has had five Top 10 finishes, including four in the past two seasons.
The engagement happened in San Luis Obispo, California on the beach.
Deegan has also competed in one NASCAR Xfinity Series race.
Cabre is a dirt track racer, who previously competed in the ARCA Menards Series. He won two races in the ARCA East Series in 46 starts over four seasons.
