Anthony Caruso III is the Publisher of The Capital Sports Report. He has been in the Journalism field since 2002 when he was hired as a Sports Editorial Assistant with the Burlington County Times in Willingboro, New Jersey.
After freelancing for several companies, he launched The Capital Sports Report on March 1st, 2007 in Florence, New Jersey. Since then, The Capital Sports Report has been approved to cover many high-profile sporting events. The Capital Sports Report has garnered over 35 million views all-time.
Some of our marquee events include two Little League World Series events in South Williamsport, Pennsylvania in 2010 and 2013. In 2008, he covered the prestigious Army-Navy College Football game at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia.
Since 2010, he has covered the Heisman Trophy ceremony in New York City on the second Saturday in December (13 times to date). As a result of this coverage, he has interviewed seven No. 1 overall picks in the NFL Draft.
