Yankees’ Judge wins second AL MVP

New York Yankees superstar Aaron Judge has won the American League MVP. This was his second AL MVP in his career.

The 32-year-old also won the MVP award in 2022.

Judge, who has been with the Yankees since 2016, has come into his own these past few seasons. He received 420 points.

The outfielder received 30 first-place votes.

Like the National League MVP Shohei Ohtani, both players were unanimous winners. They received 420 points.

And they received 30 first-place votes.

Kansas City Royals young shortstop Bobby Witt Jr. was second overall. He received 270 points.

The 24-year-old Witt Jr. received 30 second-place votes.

Judge’s teammate Juan Soto was third in the voting. He had 229 points overall.

Soto — who is now the marquee free agent on the market — received 21 third-place votes. He also received seven fourth-place votes.

In addition, the 26-year-old received two fifth-place votes.
